Classrooms have made distinctive mark in various branches of life……Students who get higher education are a privileged class in our country, particularly those who have the opportunity of studying in some outstanding institution as this college…..This college has a distinguished history. If is rededicates itself to the ideals of great Indian Swami Dayanand Saraswati after whom it is named, I am sure the college and those who pass through its portals would have a bright future.

My dissatisfaction with the affiliated colleges in general had been so great, but seeing the D.A.V. College, Chandigarh at work some time ago, I felt compelled to change my views and to become indeed an advocate of autonomous Colleges….. This would be the first of my choice.

It was really informative to visit your campus and to see all the unique innovations and improvements that you have brought about. Keep it up. I have no hesitation in saying that I think it is the best College Campus I have so far seen.

The way DAVs are running their educational institutions is peculiar in many ways; especially one always takes pride in referring to the strict discipline maintained by the teachers and the taught.
