The college has won Panjab University Inter-college Championships in Athletics , Badminton , Ball Badminton, Best Physique, Chess, Handball, Kho Kho, Relay Races, Table Tennis, Tennis, Power lifting, Squash, Swimming, Water Polo, Yachting and Wrestling.

In Cross Country, Judo, Basketball, Kabaddi, and Rowing the college secured second place while in Archery, Boxing, Korfball, Netball, Shooting, Softball and Yoga the college secured third place in the Panjab University Inter-college Championships. The college also secured fourth place in Cricket and Cycling.

The college won the highest ever number of Panjab University Inter college Championships.

The College has won Sir Shadi Lal Shield for General Efficiency and Excellence in sports in the Panjab University 37 times.

Vijayant Malik represented India in Youth Common Wealth Games and won Silver Medal in Tennis.

Arjun Singh Bajwa, Amandeep Singh Bajwa and Gaurav Raheja represented India in Inter Continental Roller Hockey Tournament from 27th to 31st August, 2008 held in Macau China.

Abhishek Garg represented India in Asian Junior Handball Championship held at Jordon.

Sherbir Singh Panag represented India in the Youth Common Wealth Games held at Pune.

Navjot Singh won Gold Medal in Junior National Athletics championship held at Mysore.

Ravinder won Gold Medal in National Inter Zone Junior Athletics championship held in Vijaywada

Sukhpal Singh, Satinderpal Singh, Gurbaj Singh, Abhit Jhanji represented Panjab University in the All India Inter-varsity Championship and won Gold Medal.

Sahil Jainof the College Baseball team participated in the All India Inter-Varsity Championship which secured 1st Position.

Sandeep Tomar and Mahabir won Gold Medal in All India Inter Varsity Wrestling Championship

Vinit Malik won Silver Medal in 1500 metre race at All India Inter Varsity Athletics Championship.

Pankaj Nathani and Ravi Kant Singla represented P.U. in the All India Inter Varsity Badminton championship and won runners up place.

Amit Chhikara represented Panjab University and won bronze Medal in All India Inter University   Gymnastics Championship.

Nidhi Sharma, Chandni and Amanjot Kang represented Panjab University in All India Inter Varsity Korfball Championship and won third place.

ATHLETICS

The College team led by Baldev Singh won P.U. Inter College Championship for the 7th year in succession.
Ravinder was declared Best Athlete of Panjab University for winning three Gold Medals in 5000 m, 10,000 m and half marathon. Navjot singh won Gold Medal in Triple Jump and created new record in the meet. Aman Handa bagged two Gold medals in 200m and 400 m race respectively. Gurmondar Singh won one Gold and Two Silver Medals in Pole Vault 110 m Hurdle and Decathlon events respectively. Kashish Khanna won Gold Medal in shot-put. Vinit Malik won Gold Medal in 1500 m race. Sukhdev Singh won two Silver medals in Half Marathon & 5000 m race. Harpreet Singh got Silver Medal in Discus Throw. Narpinder Singh, Gurpinder Singh, Aman Handa, Vinit Malik, Sukhdev Singh, Ravinder, Kashish Khanna, Harpreet Singh, Navjot singh represented Panjab University at the All India Inter Varsity championship.

BADMINTON

The College team regained the P.U. Inter College Badminton Championship after a gap of one year. Pankaj Nathani led the college team to the victory stand.

BEST PHYSIQUE

The college body builders won the Panjab University Championship for 11th year in succession. Chetan Sharma, Rahul, Rakesh Kumar and Amrinder Singh won Gold Medals in their respective weight categories. While Pushpinder Bharti  and Pardeep Singh won got Silver Medals. Krishan Singh   Bisht  and Sandeep Singh won Bronze Medals in their categories.

CHESS

Under the command of Iqwinder the College  team  retained  the  Chess championship for the 2nd year in a row. Iqwinder, Gagandeep Joshi, Tarun Rattan were selected to represented P.U. at the Inter varsity championship. Tarun Rattan won Board Prize in All India Inter Varsity Chess Championship.

HANDBALL

Under the captaincy of Abhishek Garg, Coll e ge  won  P.U .  Inter  College championship. Abhishek Garg, Kumar Vasisth, Bheem Sharma and Atul represented Panjab University in All India Inter Varsity championship.

KHO-KHO

The  College  team  won  the  P.U.  Inter  College Championship under the captaincy of Virender Pal Singh.  Virender  Pal  Singh,  Vikas,  Manoj  Sharma, Ravinder, Sushil, Rinku, Dushant Steta represented the Panjab  University  in  North  Zone  Inter  University championship.

LAWN TENNIS

Under the captaincy of Vijayant Malik the College team won the P.U. Inter College Tennis Men's Championship. The P.U. Inter College Championship was won by the College Women Tennis team jointly by Ms.Anikita Singh and Ms.Alek Sandhu.  It is the first ever Women Sports Championship won by the College.

POWER LIFTING

Tarlochan Singh Captain of the college team won Gold Medal in his weight category. While Sandeep Singh and Rahul
Malik got Silver medals in their respective weight categories.

RELAY RACES

Under the captaincy of Gurpinder Singh the  College  team  was  declared  Joint wi n n e r  i n  P. U .  I n t e r  C o l l e g e championship.   The team comprising ofBaldev Singh,Navjot singh, Narpinder Singh, Gurpinder Singh, Aman Handa, Amandeep Singh, Ranjodh Singh, Gurjeevan Singh, Sukhdev Singh, Jasvir Singh, Vinit Malik and Baldhir Singh won two first positions and three second positions in Relay Races championship

SQUASH

The College Squash Team won the P.U. Inter College Championship under the captaincy of Rickey Dharmani. Rickey  Dharmani, Rubik Sood and Ishaan Vadhera represented  Panjab  University  in  All  India  Inter University championship.

SWIMMING

The College team retained the Panjab University  Inter  College  Championship under the captaincy of Gagan Matta.
Surinderpal Singh Saini, Davinder Kumar, Ram and Gagan Matta represented Panjab University in the All India Inter Varsity Swimming Championship held at Mumbai.

TABLE TENNIS

After a gap of one year the College team won P.U. I.C. Table Tennis championship under the captaincy of versatile Deepak Malik.    Deepak Malik, Kamaldeep Singh and Parteek Gupta represented P.U. at Inter Varsity championship.

WATER POLO

Aala Singh led the College team to victory in  the  Panjab University  Inter  College Championship. Surinderpal   Singh Saini, Mohit Bhardwaj, Gagan Matta, Ram and Davinder represented Panjab University in the All India Inter Varsity Water Polo Championship held at Mumbai.

WRESTLING

The  College  team  won  the  Panjab University  Inter  College  Championship under the command of Sandeep Tomar.
Sandeep  Tomar,  Mahabir,  Narinder Deepak and Sunil won Gold Medals in their respective weight categories, whereas Parveen Kumar, Jagmeet Singh and Narinder won Bronze Medals.   Sandeep Tomar, Deepak Kaushal, Narinder, Mahabir and Sunil were selected to represent P.U. at the All India Inter Varsity Wrestling championship.  The College team also won Chandigarh State (Sr.) Wrestling championship.

YACHTING

The College team was declared Joint Winner at the Panjab University Inter College Championship.

CROSS COUNTRY

The College team led by Sukhdev Singh secured second position in P.U. Inter College Championship.

BASKETBALL

The College team were Runners Up in the Panjab  University  Inter  College Championship under the captaincy of
Gursimran Singh.

JUDO

Under the captaincy of Hemant Sharma, the College team secured 2nd position in the  P.U. Inter College Judo Championship.

KABADDI

The College Kabaddi team secured second position in P.U. Inter College Championship under the captaincy of Anand Singh. Kuljit Singh, Anand Singh and Kuldeep Singh represented Panjab University in North Zone Inter Varsity Championship.

ROWING

The  College  Rowing  Team  secured second position  in  P.U.  Inter  College Championship.

ARCHERY

The College won 3rd position in P.U. Inter College Archery championship.

BOXING

The College team secured third place in the  Panjab  University  Inter  College Championship.

KORFBALL

The College team under the captaincy of  Nidhi Sharma won third place in the Panjab University Inter College competition.

NETBALL

The College team under the captaincy of Manpreet Badal won third place in the Panjab University Inter College competition.

SHOOTING

The College team won third place under the captaincy of Jagdeep Singh in the Panjab  University  Inter  College
Competition.

SOFTBALL

The College secured  3rd position in the P.U. Inter College Softball Championship under the captaincy of Sahil Jain.   Vipul Verma and Vishu Goel participated in All India Inter-Varsity Championship.

YOGA

The College secured  3rd position in the P.U. Inter College Yoga Championship

CRICKET

The College remained at 4th position in the Panjab University Inter College Cricket Championship.  Yuzvinder  Chahal  led Haryana U-19 team in Cooch Bihar Trophy. He got 34 wickets and scored 300 runs in the above said tournament.  Sumit Dhiman, Michel Vishal and Manish Nain represented P.U. at Inter Varsity Championship.

CYCLING

The College secured 4th position in the P.U. Inter College Cycling Championship. Pankaj Kumar and Pardeep Kumar were selected to participate in All India Inter- Varsity Championship.

GYMNASTICS

Amit Chhikara, Govind Bahadur, Hargun Kumar and Kuljinder Singh represented Panjab  University  in  All  India  Inter
University Championship held at Kurukshetra. Amit Chhikara won bronze medal in A.I.I.U. Championship.
